A highly motivated speaker who is able to motivate others with her words is feeling the start of her perfect life slowly becoming a big mess kicked off by the development of an inexorable, inexplicable, and very annoying itch on her scalp. It’s not a big deal at first, but when the itch develops into a full-blown affliction, she gets disturbed, and gradually goes mad. After some time, she realizes that her disease is not only a solely physical one but a different worse thing.
